Timberline Real Estate Ventures is a relative value investor investing across the capital stack (i.e. common equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, convertible debt) and across risk profiles from core through opportunistic and value-add opportunities yielding attractive risk-adjusted returns for its partners. TREV evaluates direct investments with co-investment partners including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, foreign/sovereign partners, U.S. public pension plans, and national/international investment advisors.

TREV is a vertically-integrated student housing and multifamily operator with a seasoned, coast-to-coast property management team experienced in hands-on day-to-day / dollar-to-dollar operations management providing an investment platform with focused, local residential sector expertise on a national scale. With its management platform, TREV has proprietary operating insight and data yielding more grounded underwriting projections for Timberline and its investment partners. Through these affiliates, Timberline provides property management services for its investments and partners but is not exclusively obligated to do so.
